Born under a new moon, Annette has been given many life opportunities to travel under the dark skies using the guidance of the stars. She believes that our connection to self, others, the natural world, and the cosmos is the key to our peace, wellbeing and spiritual growth. Kept sane and healthy by practicing and teaching yoga, she is a registered yoga teacher who has been recreating and deepening her practice over 30+ years. She can be found at True Self Yoga studio on Olympia’s westside.

As a trained Reiki Master, graduate of the Alchemy Mystery School of Seattle, facilitator of Shamanic Journeys, dabbler of astrology and tarot, and an accomplished Sound Healer, she has continually sought and mastered tools to navigate humanity’s transition into this new epoch of time. Her prayer for humanity is that we divinely and cooperatively create a just and beautiful world for all sentient beings everywhere.
